Some of our customers send bakery items to multiple destinations over the holidays. Instead of creating multiple orders in our online store (due to the different shipping destinations) we have created this online form for your convenience. You can include up to 5 shipping destinations for your order below. If you need more simply fill out this form multiple times.

When we receive your order details we will call you with a total and you can pay over the phone with a credit or debit card.
